Amongst its suite of
assets is, Pepsi Pass, a brand loyalty app that encourages constant engagement
between the brand, its customer base and prospective consumers. It leverages
social interaction and provides incentivized use of the app in an already
natural setting. By hanging out with friends who have the app, taking selfies
together, scanning bottle codes or visiting select Pepsi locations, users can
win physical prizes like meals, concert tickets and getaways.
Majestyk was brought on as a triage partner to fix and optimize the
existing Pepsi Pass Android application. With the app experiencing persistent
crashes, Pepsi wanted a partner to help resolve bugs and bring the app up to speed. Brought on through The Barbarian Group, we
worked to address these issues and stabilize the application for growth.
The result is a highly
personalized, branded mobile experience that integrates into customers'
