Their mission to democratize wine has won the grassroots loyalties of millennials and casual consumers alike, and their bright and bubbly branding departs sharply from the industry’s genteel traditions. Their eagerness to innovate also brought new challenges, as its B2B operations struggled to keep up with the rapid fire pace of change. Barefoot relies on its sales team to win vendors through grueling door-to-door tactics, and they had been achieving respectable conversion rates through sheer talent and a good product. But their old marketing materials were outdated and needed to represent their new focus and amazing products. Majestyk came in to upgrade their arsenal.
Leveraging our youthful energy plus our flair for design, we developed a modern and brand-consistent software for their sales team. So we studied Barefoot media, style and marketing strategy. Then, we worked closely with Barefoot representatives to make the pitch aesthetic and interactive, while also maintaining accuracy and logical flow of content.
We compressed Barefoot’s entire pitch into an easy-to-use iPad app that simplifies their marketing material and wins crucial conversions, sustaining their efforts in building a global brand. A simple and intuitive layout encourages prospective buyers to swipe to the information that matters to them, whether it be images of POS stands, revenue-driving data, or charming renditions of Barefoot’s product lines. The app also has a centralized client-side node that streamlines the process of updating and removing content.
On the internal side, a custom CMS empowers Barefoot to make content changes quickly and easily. Fully branded and incredibly user-friendly, you just drag and drop content blocks to keep the iPad app updated and fresh. The Barefoot team loved this feature and were pleased at how much efficiency the ease of use brought!
Now their customers can take in the dazzling tropical bursts designed to convey the Barefoot spirit in a much more fun and approachable experience.
Barefoot’s pdfs are being phased out in favor of a truly versatile sales tool. Our app’s interactive design invites users to explore its offerings, the aesthetics inspire the sales team to share, and Barefoot is able to bring joy to new markets. Their team is now eagerly awaiting the app’s full rollout, and they have already asked us to port it over to iPhone, Android, and website. And as for the Majestyk team? We’ll probably celebrate over a well-earned glass of Barefoot.
