InHouse is a hospitality program and membership club connecting dining enthusiasts and hospitalitarians to create memorable experiences. As an invite only, membership club, the brand gives patrons unparalleled access to leading restaurants.
At the core of their business is a reservations platform and events program serving restaurant teams and restaurant regulars. With an existing user base and app, InHouse approached Majestyk to help elevate their brand experience through the development of an entirely new mobile product. The new app would serve as a virtual hub for bringing good people together, and the exploration of restaurants across New York and London.
Leveraging our expertise in creating consumer and enterprise applications for startups, we put the InHouse brand through our full process. Our goal was to produce a strategy that would address user needs, align with the InHouse business objectives and set the brand up for expansion into new markets. We worked closely with the founders to design a sleek UI that gave its users all their desired functionality, in combination with a lean tech stack and custom CRM that allowed for better engagement with users.
