Each week, team Majestyk gets together and shares some of our favorite things with one another. Now we're sharing them with you:
Fancy a fright? Night Terrors brings AR technology beyond Pokémon Go to create a new breed of immersive entertainment. Three years in the making we’ve been following this app ever since we caught wind of it. Night Terrors will attack every one of your senses in an effort to deliver the most heart-thumping experience ever seen on mobile devices – or so they say. We have yet to try it ourselves but it certainly doesn’t look like it’s for the faint of heart.
Children of the 80’s and 90’s rejoice. Mixtapes are a thing again! Sort of. Netflix has reimagined the classic mixtape to now bring you “Flixtape.” Curate a playlist of your favorite movies and share away cause nothing says, “I like you” like a highly curated playlist of all your favorite episodes of Gilmore Girls. Hello nostalgia.
Mailtrap is a test mail server solution that allows testing email notifications without sending them to the real users of your application. Not only does Mailtrap work as a powerful email test tool, it also lets you view your dummy emails online, forward them to your regular mailbox, share with the team and more!
It’s official. Our favorite summer show, Stranger Things, has got the green light for a second season and we’re pretty damn excited. 2017 seems so close yet so far away. Get rid of some of that angst with this gem – a web based music synthesizer reminiscent of the Stranger Things theme song.
Taking that stress ball to the next level, Fidget Cube lets you click, spin, switch and fidget yourself into a pure state of focus. Unusually addicting and incredibly simple, this bad boy managed to raise $6.4 Million and enter Kickstarter’s top 10 most funded projects. If there was ever a time where we thought, “why didn’t we think of that” – this is it.
If you’re still having a hard time focusing and you need a distraction check The Aviator is fun simple game to keep you looking busy without having to actually to do work. You’re welcome.
